The name is inspired by Ada Lovelace (1815-1852), a Brittish mathematician, educated at home since women by that time weren’t allowed to attend universties. She is seen as the first programmer in the world from her descriptions of Babbages analytical machine where she described ways the machine could repeat a serie of instructions – a program.
