The name is inpired by Ellen Key (1849-1926). A Swedish world famous author and teacher who was policially engaged, especially when it came to education, women’s rights and freedom of the press. In 1990 she became internationally known for her book Barnets Århundrade (The Century of the Child) which was translated into 13 languages.
