The name is inspired by Marilyn Monroe (1926-1962), an American actress, comedian, model and singer who became the world’s most famous iconic figures. The silverwire used for these earrings reminds me of the lamps around make up mirrors which made me think of old Hollywood and the name Marilyn became obvious.
